The Challenge

PPL partnered with Pulse Recruit to support the growth of their technology function as they expanded engineering capability into Lisbon, Portugal. The brief focused on hiring high-quality Software Engineers and Delivery Leads into a market that was both competitive and unfamiliar to the wider business. Alongside technical capability, there was a strong emphasis on finding people who could operate within a fast-moving environment and help build culture and delivery standards as the team scaled.

The Fix
